North Georgia Gems is a Premier Dog Breeder located in Northeast Georgia.  We breed ASDR Miniature and Toy Australian Shepherds, AKC Moyan Poodles, AKC King Charles Cavaliers, and a variety of other designer breeds. Our program is proudly owned and operated by Whitnie Patrum.
